產品保固 WARRANTY POLICY
產品一年保固服務。
- BETO商品自購買日起，享有一年保固服務，非人為因素自然損壞及不良品可申請保固換新或維修。
- 非人力使用上造成的損壞，本公司可為您進行保固的動作。（如商品本身之損壞、瑕疵等）
- 超過保固期間或非商品本身造成之人為損壞者，維修收費事宜將由BETO向您報價，由您自行決定是否繼續維修。
- 若您於維修過程中有其他問題，請您再來函或來電，由客服人員為您處理。
- BETO offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products starting from the original purchase date.
- Warranty Coverage: Products with functional defects or non-human damage are eligible for replacement or repair service.
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs: Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or requests submitted after the 1-year period are subject to repair fees. BETO will provide a price quote before proceeding with any repair upon your approval.
